The doors will open 30 minutes before the start time of the screening specified on the ticket. You can find your ticket by searching for LINE-UP in your emails. Please be sure to check your Spam or Junk mail folders if it hasn’t arrived in your email inbox.
2. Is the seating allocated?
Seating is not allocated. Please arrive early to secure the seat of your preference.
3. Where can I get my tickets from?
Tickets are sold exclusively via our website and must be pre-purchased online. Upon purchase, your ticket will be sent to your email address.
4. Can I bring my own food and drink?
Outside food and drink are not permitted. However, there will be food and drink available for purchase at certain venues.
5. Can I smoke?
Smoking is not permitted inside any of the venues. However, you may smoke outside at any time.
6. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately all ticket purchases are final, and refunds are not issued in any circumstance other than if we have to reschedule or cancel a screening. However, tickets are not name specific, so you can give them to friends or family if you are unable to attend a screening.
7. Are there any age restrictions?
A selection of films screened will have a rating of 15 or 18. Please ensure you check the rating for the film in question which can be found on the film info/screening page on the website.
8. Are films shown with subtitles?
Yes. All films are shown with English subtitles.
